Mary-Cat Faiman (She Who Knows)
Mary invested 25+ years of service in the employee benefit arena, with extensive experience implementing and managing corporate benefit programs for national and multinational clients.

For 15+ years she worked with Woodruff Sawyer & Co., a large regional brokerage firm headquartered in San Francisco, CA. During this time she managed a consulting fee/brokerage block of business, with the primary responsibilities of consulting to determine key initiatives, the co-development of a strategic annual plans, and provision of ongoing services with regard to plan performance and compliance.

Her roles also included the oversight of account management teams, the co-creation of new business development, the development and implementation of team marketing strategies, as well as the development of organizational systems and service platforms.

Taking advantage of a rare opportunity, Mary chose to temporarily leave corporate work to pursue a personal goal and returned to graduate school. Her doctoral research focused on women’s spiritual awareness, and she completed her Ph.D. in late 2012.

During this time she also completed other leadership development work in the arena of group facilitation, change management, and leadership development through self-knowledge. Mary’s approach is dynamic, strategic, and execution oriented with a strong customer service focus.

She has a reputation for high-integrity professionalism, building strong peer and customer relationships, and a proven track record for client retention.
